Boilers assembled at the customer’s site are designed to work with several Wellons furnaces. They produce large volumes of steam, provide the higher pressure and temperature required for power plants. Boilers are designed for the production of saturated and superheated steam for the technological and energy needs of the enterprise.
Process boilers: steam 21 bar / 215 ° C (saturated)
Power boilers: steam 40 bar / 440 ° C (superheated). Systems are designed according to customer needs, steam pressure up to 65 bar and higher.

For panel boilers, the factory assembly of most components is provided, which reduces the time of their installation. Their design matches Wellons combustion chambers, which allows for optimal system performance. Modular boilers are available in a hot water tube or tube design and are assembled at the factory. A similar philosophy is also applied to auxiliary equipment for boilers, the components of which are combined into factory-assembled modules. Due to this, on-site assembly operations are reduced to a minimum. Boilers are designed for the production of saturated steam for the technological needs of the enterprise.

Thermal oil plants are designed to heat the thermal oil used as a coolant in various technological equipment, for example: chamber and tunnel dryers for drying logs, lumber, veneers of various types of wood, for drying chips, for press equipment for plywood and plate production (chipboard, OSB). They are delivered in various configurations and various thermal capacities.
Technological parameters: temperature of the thermal oil output / input - 280/200 ° С (260/230 ° С)
Thermal power: up to 15 MW of thermal power and above.
Advantages: reduced likelihood of oil overheating; slight expansion when the equipment is heated; low gas velocity and reduced ablation of unburned fuel; easy access to clean and check equipment status.
