WELL-PLAST P85 is a plastic high aluminate, high refractory material with an Al2O3content >(the main material corundum) on a phosphate bond, is an analogue of leading American and European manufacturers. The material can be supplied in preformed briquettes, or in an unformed form in plastic packaging weighing 25 kg.
It does not require special work on dosing, mixing, the presence of special equipment. The material is recommended for lining works related both to laying a new lining of any complexity, and for carrying out restoration work on an existing lining - local (hot) repair.
This material allows with minimal downtime equipment to repair complex surfaces, such as:
lining of mines of grate-fridges;
furnace head lining;
mating various surfaces such as “bull nose” (grate coolers);
lining of the threshold of a rotary kiln;
lining of various types of gutters, the inlet of a furnace operating in a dry production method;
repair of the lining of the combustion chamber, calciner;
cyclones of 1-3 stages of a cyclone heat exchanger, their flues, troughs for filling the material;
lining of burner holes of varying complexity, tuyere holes;
restoration of deep open cracks, chips, etc.
The attached photographs show an example of local repair of the lining of the tertiary air duct at the outlet directly in front of the regulating gate, i.e. at the inlet to the decarbonizer of the cyclone heat exchanger. In more detail, works on restoration of the monolithic lining section are shown in the WELL-PLAST video in the CEMENT INDUSTRY.
