We offer to supply super duty plastic material WELL PLAST R 85, which is designed in accordance with our requirements and with our direct participation, together with the domestic leading manufacturer of aluminate refractories. This material is an analogue of the leading American and European manufacturers. The recommended operating temperature - up to 1650 ° C, ready for use (does not require special dosage, mixing, special equipment – concrete mixers, etc.). The material is recommended for refractory works, both for the new refractory laying and restoration works of the existing refractory – local repairs. This material helps to repair with minimum outages refractory of curved surfaces, such as: circular walls, arch roofs, fuel chute; to bridge deep open cracks, chips, etc.
Application: as the working layer of the thermal units refractory with operating temperatures up to 1650°C for various branches – energy and cement industries, non-ferrous and ferrous metallurgy, glass industry, etc.

Its laying does not require high-skilled workers (refractory installers), the boiler operators or maintenance personnel experience is enough. We recommend to have a small stock of this material for quick repairs when equipment is cut out for maintenance.
