Wellons.RU along with DKM plant have started the production of hot water heaters which would be using the wood waste as a fuel.

October 6th company Wellons.RU together with one of the most famous in Russia boiler manufactures DKM plant have started the production of the hot water heaters working on all kind of wood waste with capacity range 1-9MW/th.

Both companies are shooting to make the testing of the system and registering it in RTN at the end of 2016. Wellons.RU would be offering to the market in Russia nice & compact, budgetary reasonable system with wide range of payment terms for customers. Beside the simple advance and balance payments company would be offering energy servicing contract as an option.

The boiler system would be based on a proven cell design and the convective part which has an extensive history of operation at all DKM boilers. The boiler system would consist of the following sections: automatic ash handling, modern controls basec on Siemens S-7 with advanced 3D HMI, small fuel bunker “live floor” type, exhaust stack and cyclone.
